Hi, I’m Natasha

I have always been into health and fitness; recently I have gotten into weightlifting and I will tell you, I have fallen in love. I love the outdoors; hiking in particular has been a big part of my life.  I am here to share my love of weightlifting, nutrition and healthy living. I am here to teach and to learn. I am here to laugh and to play!

Since my perspective is that of a plant based eater, I will also be posting meal plans and nutrition help and resources for fellow plant based eaters who would like to build muscle. Don’t let this confuse you; this is not a vegans only site, all are welcome!

 

Lifting weights is fun,

For it gets me off my bun.

And I try hard,

To rid this lard.

So now I lift a ton!

    1. Hi Tyler, I’m doing well. I would love to try some myprotein and feature it in one of my blogs or write an article about myprotein and include a review of the product. I’ll check out your site and get back to you on what I would like to try. The peanut butter is definitely going to be on my list; you may have seen that I wrote a whole blog on peanut butter and I could insert a link there for your product.

    2. I would be willing to try any of your vegan friendly products; definitely your peanut butter, your soy protein, pea protein and vegan friendly daily vitamins. If you would like to send me non-vegan products, I can have my workout buddies try them and get their take on it and then write a blog about how they liked it.
